STATUTE LAW REVISION.

No. 79 of 1966.

AN ACT to revise the Statute Law by repealing spent unnecessary or superseded enactments

and for other purposes.

[Assented to 12th December, 1966.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Statute Law

Revision Act, 1966.

Repeal. 2. The enactments specified in the First Schedule

are hereby repealed.

3. (1) The Statute Law Revision Act, 1965 is M amended.

amended by deleting from Part V of the First Schedule of that Act the enactments set out in the Second Schedule of this Act.

(2) Each of the enactments specified in the Second Schedule of this Act shall be deemed not to have been repealed by the Statute Law Revision Act, 1965 but to have continued in operation pursuant to the Wheat Marketing Act (Revival and Continu- ance) Act, 1964.
