Short title.
SECT
which have ceased to be in force or have become unnecessary, to make any
Amendments in that Law which are rendered necessary or desirable by any such
repeal, and for other purposes.

Short title amended; No. 32, 1918, s. 2.
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Statute Law Revision Act 1934-1973.*
(2)* Each Act specified in the first column of the First Schedule to this
Act may, as amended by this Act, be cited in the manner specified in the
second column of that Schedule opposite the reference to that Act in the first
column.

Act are hereby amended as respectively specified in the second column of that
Schedule.

s. 3; and sections 5, 6, 7 and 8 repealed by No. 80, 1950, s. 8.

3. Sub-sections 2 (1) and 2 (2), sections 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8 were repealed by
the Statute Law Revision Act 1950.
The Second, Third and Fifth Schedules were repealed by the Statute Law
Revision Act 1950.
The amendments made by sub-section 2 (3) and the Fourth Schedule have, to
the extent that those amendments are still relevant, been incorporated in the
prints of the Acts in this reprint.
