The Parliament of Victoria enacts:

1Purpose

The purpose of this Act is to revise the statute law of Victoria by repealing spent Acts.

2Commencement

This Act comes into operation on the day after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

3Repeal of Acts

The Acts listed in the Schedule are repealed.

4Repeal of application to Victoria of Act 5 Vict. No. 14 (New South Wales)

Act 5 Vict. No.14 of New South Wales (1841 Bank of Australasia) so far as that Act is in force in Victoria is repealed in and for Victoria.

5Repeal of Act

This Act is repealed on the first anniversary of the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
