I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Statute Law

(Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No 2) 2018, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 21 December

2018 as the day on which Schedule 1.15 [1]–[3] to that Act commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence amendments to the Liquor Act 2007 that relate to training courses for the responsible service of alcohol and related activities.
