Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No 2) 2004

By Deputation from Her Excellency the Governor
I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the
advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Statute Law

(Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No 2) 2004, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint

10 December 2004 as the day on which Schedule 1.41 to that Act commences.

Valuation of approved by the Valuer-General.

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the amendment made to the

Land Act 1916 by the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No 2) 2004.
