I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No 2) 2002, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 28 April 2003 as the day on which section 4 (2) of that Act commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the provision of the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No 2) 2002 that repeals the Unhealthy Building Land Act 1990 and the Unhealthy Building Land Regulation 2001.
