I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2) 1994, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 31 July 1995 as the day on which the amendment to the Women’s College Act 1902 set

out in that Schedule commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the amendment to the Women’s

College Act 1902 contained in the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2)

1994.

The amendment deals with the composition of the Council of the Women’s College.
