I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2) 1991, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 February 1992 as the day on which items (2), (5) and (7)–(9) of the amendments to the Workers Compensation Act 1987 set out in that Schedule commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

Some of the amendments made to the Workers Compensation Act 1987 by the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No, 2) 1991 are taken to have commenced on 1 February 1990 and others on 1 July 1990. Certain others

commenced on assent.

This Proclamation appoints 1 February 1992 as the commencement date of all

except one of the remaining amendments. (The uncommenced amendment is an

amendment to the way in which interest on unpaid insurance premiums is
calculated.)
