I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2) 1991, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 24 January 1992 as the day on which the amendment to the Trustee Companies Act 1964 set out in that Schedule commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Proclamation is to commence the amendment to the Trustee Companies Act 1964 contained in the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act
(No. 2) 1991 which provides that:
• a trustee company that operates common trust funds can value each fund at
any time, provided that at least one valuation is made each month, and
• investments in and withdrawals from a common trust fund are effected on
the basis of the last valuation made.
