I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2) 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 22 February 1991 as the day on which items (2) and (3) of the amendments to the Pharmacy Act 1964 set out in that Schedule commence.
