I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New
South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance
of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2)

1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 February 1991 as the day on which item (1) of the amendments to the Legal Aid Commission Act 1979 set out in that Schedule commences.
