I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2)

1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 24th June 1991 as the day on
which the amendments made by Schedule 1 to that Act to the National

Crime Authority (State Provisions) Act 1984 commence.
