I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2) 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 26 April 1991 as the day on which the amendments to the Bishopsgate Insurance Australia Limited Act 1983 set out in that Schedule commence.
