I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2)

1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint
1991 as the day on which the amendments to the Prisons Act 1952 (item

(4) of those amendments excepted) set out in that Schedule commence.
