I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New

South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2) 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 April 1991 as the day on which the amendments to the Stock (Artificial Breeding) Act 1985 set out in that Schedule commence.
