I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2) 1990 do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 29th March 1991 as the day on which item (3) of the amendments to the Traffic Act 1909 set out in that Schedule commences.
