I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State

of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (3) of the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2) 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 February 1990 as the day on which Schedule 8 to that Act (amendment of the Fertilizers Act 1985) commences.
