s1 4 s3 Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2007 No. 36, 2007 The Parliament of Queensland enacts— 1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2007 . 2 Amended Acts—schedule The schedule amends the Acts mentioned in it. 3 Explanatory notes An explanatory note to a provision of this Act is not part of the Act.
