No 55—PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of, and Schedule 1 to, the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act

1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 August 1997 as the day on

which Schedule 1.7 to that Act commences.
