G. SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels, AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1995, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 14 March 1997 as the day on which the amendment to the Drug Offensive Act 1987 set out in that Act commences.
