By deputation from His Excellency the Governor.

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1995, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 1995 as the day on which the amendments to:

(a) the Fish River Water Supply Administration Act 1945; and

(b) the South-west Tablelands Water Supply Administration Act 1941,

set out in that Schedule commence.
