STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1995

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State
of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in
pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1995, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 1995 as the day on which the amendments to:

(a) the Animal Research Act 1985; and

(b) the Exhibited Animals Protection Act 1986,

set out in that Schedule commence.
