I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1994, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 16 September 1994 as the day on which the amendment to the Crown Lands Act 1989 set out in that Schedule commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Proclamation is to commence an amendment to the Crown Lands Act 1989 made by Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1994 dealing with the appointment of a new reserve trust in place of a dissolved trust and providing for the transfer of the property, rights and liabilities of the dissolved trust to the new trust.
