I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New
South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance
of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1993,
do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 19 April 1996 as the day on which the amendment to the Discharged Servicemen’s Badges Act 1964 set out

in that Schedule commences.
