I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1993, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 1993 as the day on which the amendments to the Sydney Cove Redevelopment Authority Act 1968 set out in that Schedule commence.
