I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New
South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance
of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1992,

do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1st July, 1993 as the day on which the amendments to the Home Care Service Act 1988 set out in that Schedule commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the amendments to the Home Care Service Act 1988 contained in the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1992. The amendments relate to the provision of personal care services by the Home Care Service and also update certain references.
