I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 3 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1992, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 1992 as the day on which that Schedule commences as regards the Textile Products Labelling Act 1954.
