I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New
South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1992, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 24 August 1992 as the day on which items (1)–(3) and (14) of the amendments to the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 set out in that Schedule commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Proclamation is to commence certain amendments to the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 contained in the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1992. The amendments provide for the re-constitution of the Aboriginal Relics Advisory Committee as the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage (Interim) Advisory Committee.
