I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1992,
do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 1992 as the day on which the
amendments to the Bush Fires Act 1949 set out in that Schedule
commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of this Proclamation is to commence the amendments to the Bush Fires Act 1949 contained in Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous
Provisions) Act 1992. Those amendments remove from the Bush Fires Act 1949 the requirement that certain forms be prescribed by the regulations and provide instead
for those forms to be approved by the Minister.
