I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executie Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1991, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 1992 as the day on which the

amendments to the Private Irrigation Districts Act 1973 set out in that

Schedule commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the amendments to the Private

Irrigation Districts Act 1993 containted in Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1991 relating to interest on overdue rates and charges and the supply of water to a new holding resulting from a subdivision.
