I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1991, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 16 August 1991 as the day on which the amendments to the Ambulance Services Act 1990 set out in that Schedule commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the amendments to the Ambulance Services Act 1990 contained in Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1991 relating to false calls for the provision of ambulance services and to the remuneration of directors of the Ambulance Service Board.
