I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1991, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 5 July 1991 as the day on which the amendments to the following Acts set out in that Schedule commence:

Annual Holidays Act 1944

Industrial Arbitration Act 1940

Long Service Leave Act 1955

Long Service Leave (Metalliferous Mining Industry) Act 1963
