I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellanous Provisions) Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 31 August 1990 as the day on which

(a)	items (2)-(4) of the amendments to the Nurses Registration Act 1953; and
(b)	items (3) and (4) of the amendments to the Optical Dispensers Act 4963; and
(c)	items (2) and (3) of the amendments to the Physiotherapists Registration Act 1945,

set out in that Schedule commence.
