I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (8) of the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 2 December 1990 as the day on which the amendments to the Criminal Procedure Act 1986 set out in Schedule 2 to that Act commence.
