STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1990

NO. 46 - PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 August 1990 as the day on which:

(a) the amendment to the Compensation Court Act 1984; and

(b) the amendments to the Suitors’ Fund Act 1951; and

(c)

item (2) of the amendments to the Victims Compensation Act 1987,

set out in that Schedule commence.
