I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State
of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 February 1990 as the day on which the amendments to the Fisheries and Oyster Farms Act 1935 set out in Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
