I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance

of section 2 (2) of the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1989,
do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 December 1990 as the day on which the amendments to the Local Courts Act 1982 set out in Schedule

1 to that Act commence.
