An Act to amend the

IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:
PART I—PRELIMINARY
PART II—AMENDMENTS OF THE STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS) ACT 1972
“(4) The Minister shall not, before 1 July 1977,
authorize payments to the States under this Part, in respect of building
projects in connexion with government schools, that, together with such
payments authorized before the commencement of the
