STATES GRANTS (ROADS) AMENDMENT ACT 1978
An Act
to amend the
BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:
(2) The
(2) Where, by virtue of sub-section 15(2) of the Principal Act, the quota otherwise applicable to a State in respect of the year that commenced on 1 July 1978 was, immediately before the commencement of this Act, to be deemed to be reduced or increased, that reduction or increase applies in relation to the amount applicable to that State in respect of that year in accordance with the Schedule headed “Schedule 11” set out in the Schedule to this Act.
(3) The amendment made by section 4 applies in
relation to financial assistance under the
