THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice
of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under
the States Grants (Petroleum Products)Act 1965.

Citation
1. These Regulations may
be cited as the Stales Grants (Petroleum Products) Regulations.
Interpretation
2. In these Regulations,
unless the contrary intention appears, “the Act” means the States Grants (Petroleum Products)Act 1965.
Section 5 of the Act—prescribed
quantity
3. (1) For the purposes of section 5 of the Act, the quantity of 238,500
litres is prescribed.
(2) Sub-regulation (1) shall be deemed
to have come into operation on 1 January 1984.
Repeal of States Grants (Petroleum
Products) Regulations
4. Statutory Rules 1966
No. 7 are repealed.
