concerning

DYSBARIC OSTEONECROSIS

No. 17 of 2015 - REPEAL

for the purposes of the

Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986

and

Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004

Title

1. This Instrument may be cited as Statement of Principles concerning dysbaric osteonecrosis No. 17 of 2015 – Repeal.

Determination

1. This Instrument is determined by the Repatriation Medical Authority under subsection 196B(8)(c) of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986.

1. Statement of Principles concerning dysbaric osteonecrosis No. 17 of 2015 is repealed.

Day of Commencement

1. This Instrument commences on 23 March 2020.
