Amendment Statement of Principles

concerning

BIPOLAR DISORDER

No. 50 of 2008

for the purposes of the

Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986

and

Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004

  1. This Instrument may be cited as Statement of Principles concerning bipolar disorder No. 50 of 2008.

  1. The Repatriation Medical Authority amends, under subsection 196B(3) of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986, Statement of Principles concerning bipolar disorder No. 26 of 2008 by:

A.Deleting the definition of '"clinically significant"' from clause 9.

  1. The amendment made by this instrument applies to all matters to which Instrument No. 26 of 2008, section 120B of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986 and section 339 of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004 apply.

  1. The amendment made by this instrument takes effect from 2 July 2008.
