AN ACT to amend section fifty-nine of the State

Transport Co-ordination Act, 1933-193S.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in tins present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title 1.

This Act may be cited as the State Transport Co-ordination Act Amendment Act, 1940, and shall be read as one with the State Transport Co-ordination Act, 1933-19:38 (No. 42 of 1933, as amended by the Act No. 47 of 1938), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Amendment

Section fifty-nine of the principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (2) after the word "Act" in line two of the said subsection, the words "and contribu- tions to the Superannuation Fund payable by the Board under any agreement made between the Board and the Treasurer under the provisions of section six of the Superannuation and Family Benefits Act, 1938-1939."
