2 State Transport Amendment (No. 2) No. 201, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the State Transport Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1992 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 4 July 1992. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The State Transport Regulation 1987 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 3 (Fees and charges) 4.(1) Schedule 3(1)(a)— omit ‘ 134.3 metres ’ (where twice occurring) , insert ‘ 130.3 m ’.
