2 State Transport Amendment (No. 1) No. 11, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the State Transport Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 February 1994. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The State Transport Regulation 1987 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 3 (Fares and charges) 4.(1) Schedule 3, clause (1)(a)(i) and (ii)— omit ‘ 130.3 m ’, insert ‘ 126.5 m ’. (2) Schedule 3, clause (1)(a)(i) and (1)(b)(i)— omit ‘ 170 ’, insert ‘ 180 ’. (3) Schedule 3, clause (1)(a)(iii) and (1)(b)(iii)— omit ‘ 18 ’, insert ‘ 16 ’.
