STATE TRADING CONCERNS (AUTHORIZATION) REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the State Trading Concerns

(Authorization) Regulations 1997.

Prescribed financial entity and prescribed activity

the purposes of section 4A (2) (a) of the Act.	(1) The State Revenue Department is a prescribed financial entity for
