Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 1999

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the State Trading Concerns

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the State Trading
Concerns (Authorization) Regulations 1998*.

3.             Schedule 1 amended

(1)	Part 1 to Schedule 1 is amended by inserting after "Ministry of Justice" —
" Ministry of the Premier and Cabinet
(2)	Part 2 to Schedule 1 is amended by inserting after the entry relating to the Ministry of Justice the following —

Ministry of the Premier and Cabinet

The provision by the Ministry of the Premier and Cabinet of —

(a)	goods, information, or intellectual property;
(b)	training, management, or advisory services; or
(c)	advertising opportunities in publications of the Ministry.
