Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.      Citation

These regulations may be cited as the State Trading Concerns

2.      Schedule 1 amended

(1) Schedule 1, Part 1 to the State Trading Concerns

(Authorization) Regulations 1998* is amended by inserting in

the appropriate alphabetical position —

" Ministry of Justice ".

(2) Schedule 1, Part 2 to the State Trading Concerns

(Authorization) Regulations 1998* is amended by inserting in

the appropriate alphabetical position —
