Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the State Trading Concerns
(Authorization) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1999.

2.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1, Part 2 to the State Trading Concerns
(Authorization) Regulations 1998* is amended by inserting after

" Ministry for Culture and the Arts

Participation in the marketing, licensing and sale of intellectual property associated with a

primarily to administer the arts finding division

of the Ministry."

the following subitem -

Participation in the licensing and sale of intellectual property associated with any multimedia productions, developed by the Ministry either singly or jointly, that relate to the subjects of culture or the arts.
