1. These regulations may be cited as the State Trading Concerns (Authorization)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1998.

Principal regulations
2. In these regulations the State Trading Concerns (Authorization) Regulations 1998*
are referred to as the principal regulations.

Schedule 1 amended

3.   (1) Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is amended by inserting in the

appropriate alphabetical position the following—

Fire and Emergency Services Department ".

(2) Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is amended by inserting in the

appropriate alphabetical position the following—

Fire and Emergency Services Department

The provision by the Fire and Emergency Services Department of advertising opportunities, by means of entering into arrangements under which departmental property specified in the arrangement may be used for the display of advertising, in return for money or goods.
